How do I get my invoice?

How can I change my shipping address?

How long does it take, until I get my package?

As soon as we see your order, we prepare it within 24 hours. Depending on your home address, the shipping takes time. Here you can see the shipment list .

How can I return my package?

We are very sorry, that you are unhappy with your order! We want to improve ourselves to make you happier in future. For that we need your Feedback.

If you want to return your order, you can choose between getting another product or a voucher, or you can get your money back.

If you want to cancel your order:

  1. Here you can cancel your order.
  2. Print the label and stick it on the package.
  3. Take your package and drop it off at the next DPD office.

As soon as the package is returned and proved, we start with the refunding.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

You can reset your password here and login with your new one.

How do I order Areeka products for my whole class?
