How can I make an Account?

When making your first order, click on the field “make a new customer account”, to create your own account with a password. Your password will be confidental and will be used as your registration, for e.g. when you place another order.

Why do I need an account?

A customer provides you all info about shipment status and gives you an overview over your orders.

I have an account, but I can’t registrate. What can I do?

The reason for that could be, that you do not have an account. Check your mails, to make sure that you got an order confirmation.

If you did not create an account when you placed your last ordern, you will receive a confirmation mail with all information you need.
