Die Areeka App shows now content. How can I return my order?

We are always trying to give our best when it comes to the Areeka App. And we try to update it regularly. More about this here:

Follow these steps, to help the AR content to show up:

  1. Make sure that the update is the newest. (4.1.1 and higher)
  2. Restart the Areeka App.
  3. Make sure, that you confirmed the camera access. We need this feature to have access to the Trigger.
  4. Click on the left corner at the “menu”
  5. Open “Choose your AR products”
  6. Choose your Areeka product and download it.

  7. After the successful download, click in the right upper corner on the eye.

I am not happy with my order. How can I return it?

We are very sorry, that you are unhappy with your order! We want to improve ourselves to make you happier in future. For that we need your Feedback.

If you want to return your order, you can choose between getting another product or a voucher, or you can get your money back.

If you want to cancel your order:

  1. Here you can cancel your order.
  2. Print the label and stick it on the package.
  3. Take your package and drop it off at the next DPD office.

As soon as the package is returned and proved, we start with the refunding.
