what we do:
At AMLOGY we develop the newest technologies in the Augmented Reality area. One of our latest groundbreaking developments is WebAR. Built on the WebAR technology from AMLOGY, the Areeka Studio was made. The Areeka Studio makes it possible to create your own Augmented Reality content in an easy way.
Who we look for:
Unsere Augmented Reality Produkte bestehen aus Printprodukten mit den dazugehören digitalen AR Apps oder WebAR Lösungen. Für den Verkauf der Printprodukte sowie der Vermarktung unserer digitalen Lösungen benötigen wir Verstärkung im Bereich unseres online Shops. Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehört:
- Betreuung des Online Shops. Betreue und erstelle neue Produkte. Führe Verbesserungen sowie Anpassungen durch für einen besseren Verkauf und größere Reichweite.
- Angebote und Weiterentwicklung. Plane und erstelle Angebote, kommuniziere diese mit allen anderen Abteilungen und sorge so für eine breitere Reichweite unserer Produkte.
- Analyse und Report. Analysiere geplante Kampagnen, evaluiere sie um und erstelle ein genaues Report um zukünftige Vorhersagen zu erstellen.
Responsibilities Include
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Additional store manager duties as needed
Education And Experience Required
- Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Strong German and English skills

- Interest in Augmented Reality.
- Project management skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
